He began his career for a short time with a chiropractic office in Atlanta Georgia but decided to move to Arizona in 1993.
In 1997 Dr. Carr started subcontracting in Chiropractic focusing on building his business and cliental in Tempe Arizona.
Shortly after he made the decision to start his own practice at our current location 1845 S. Dobson Rd Ste.
