As your new chiropractor in Mesa, we have developed an integrated approach to chiropractic care for your condition, whether it is low back pain, headaches, shoulder pain, neck pain, knee pain or elbow pain. We combine treatment of your muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia with chiropractic adjusting to get you better fast and keep you that way. Added to this treatment is the best understanding of how to improve all aspects of your diet, stress levels and exercise and help you achieve the best health possible.

While we can't guarantee your results, we want you to be satisfied that we'll do everything we can to help you. If, within 3 visits, you become unhappy with your decision to consult our office, we will refund the money you've paid us, and make other care recommendations. Obviously, the healing process will take longer, but during this early stage of care, most patients will see enough progress to complete their plan of care.

As your chiropractor in Mesa, our goal is to not only alleviate pain, but more importantly, inspire and educate our patients to become active participants in their own well being.
Services
The Lifecare Chiropractic Wellness Program addresses the needs of your entire body.
The human body is an incredible organism, and it can recover from just about any ailment if it is given what it needs to heal.
We assess your total health picture and prescribe the services you need for optimum health, including chiropractic adjustment, massage therapy, rehabilitative exercise and nutritional counseling.
At Lifecare Chiropractic, we believe that patients should spend the majority of their time with their doctors, not with assistants.
Since acquiring a passion for how the body works in chiropractic school, I have continued to indulge this desire by reading some 120 peer reviewed medical journals per month.
I'm always learning more about how to help people avoid chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, dementia, osteoporosis, obesity and cancer, and pass along this information in my blog.
There are currently almost 3,500 posts cataloged on almost every health topic imaginable!
For some reason, the information that we understand about avoid and managing chronic diseases remains a big secret.
I'm one of those unusual individuals that really, really enjoyed my cellular physiology class in graduate school.
I am still fascinated by physiology, and I'm always learning more about the human body.
In a typical month, I scan more than one hundred peer-reviewed medical journals, looking for the latest research on natural medicine, nutrition, disease prevention and disease management.
I am also constantly researching and learning about the best methods of soft-tissue treatment so that my patients can obtain the best outcomes possible.
In general, when the general public thinks "chiropractic" they think low back pain.
However, due to the nature of our practice, we treat a very broad range of conditions.
There are few conditions we can't improve, give advice on or give an appropriate referral to someone who can best handle your concern.
Our goal is to treat you as a whole person, guiding you back to the level of health you are willing to attain, whether it is just being pain free or a complete overhaul to drastically lower your risk of chronic disease.
The carpal tunnel is a narrow, rigid passageway of ligament and bones at the base of your hand.
Inside this tunnel are tendons, and a nerve called the "median nerve, " which runs between your hand and your forearm.
If the tendons inside your carpal tunnel become irritated, they thicken and swell, putting pressure on your median nerve.
The result is pain, weakness or numbness in your hand and wrist, which can also radiate up your arm.
Contrary to popular belief, repetitive movements of the hand and wrist do not cause carpal tunnel syndrome.
