With over 45 years experience Dr. Mitchell is dedicated to relieving back and neck pain as well as restoring your overall health and wellness through chiropractic and other natural methods of care. Our office can provide low cost, effective care for patients who have no insurance or have very limited insurance coverage. We are also a provider for most medical insurance including HMO and PPO insurance plans.

If you would like to cancel an appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice.
A fee may be charged for a no- show or late cancellation, and patients may be discharged from our practice for repeatedly missing scheduled appointments.
