Services
FIRST VISIT PAPERWORK - You will fill out paperwork that will allow us to enter you in to our system.
This information will include the reason for the visit, details about that reason, as well as some health/family history and insurance information if applicable.
CONSULTATION - This is an opportunity for you to meet with Dr. Hinds and discuss your symptoms and/or reasons for seeking chiropractic care.
EXAM - After the consultation, Dr. Hinds will preform an exam that will assist in determining what tissue affected and to what degree.
