Dr. William Peay was born in Baton Rouge and raised in Clinton, where he graduated high school from Silliman Institute.
Dr. Peay attended Southeastern Louisiana University and played baseball for the Lions.
Upon graduating from Southeastern Louisiana University with a degree in Biology, he attended Texas Chiropractic College in Houston, Texas where he graduated with honors.
The Chiropractic Association of Louisiana awarded him the William S. Boyd Scholarship for Academic Excellence.
Dr. Peay completed an orthopedic internship at Christus St. John Hospital in Nassau Bay, Texas.
