Services
It is our goal to make your experience with California Spine Rehab simple, comfortable and positive.
The purpose of the initial consultation is to determine the root cause of the problem and/or symptoms the patient presenting with.
During the consultation a detailed sequence of questions are asked to determine, when and how the initial onset of symptoms occurred, previous injuries & traumas, work habbits & ergonomics, dietary habbits, nutritional regimen, sleep habbits, exercise program, detailed description of symptoms and compliants, and other information are gathered to create an accurate picture of where a patients current health is.
The shockwave treatments are performed using a state-of-the art, high-energy system called the Ossa Tron, the first device developed specifically for ESWT.
The assembly is positioned with the head, in contact with the skin, aimed precisely at the targeted area.
Controls are set to focus the shockwave so that they travel through the skin and tissue without damaging it - releasing their maximum energy deep inside the tissue, right at the painful spot that needs treatment.
The energy of the shockwaves delivers a "micro-trauma" to the targeted spot that literally shocks the body into healing.
If you've answered "yes" to any of these, you should consult a Doctor of Chiropractic for a thorough history and examination.

Poor posture, wear and tear, injury, stress, and tension can strain or damage vital parts of your neck.
Your neck is aligned in a natural curve at the top of your spine.
Damage to your neck's natural curve can cause painful problems.
A popular response to neck pain is taking drugs to cover up the problem (aspirin, analgesics, pain pills) or treating symptoms (muscle relaxers, massage, hot packs).
Every day, assembly line workers, keyboard operators, grocery store clerks, and many others, receive micro-traumas to their hands and wrists.
Vibration and repetitive motions, when combined with spinal problems and other joint dysfunction, can result in a condition known as carpal tunnel syndrome.
Symptoms may include pain, numbness, tingling, weakness, or a loss of strength in the hands.
The major nerve controlling the thumb, index, and parts of the middle, and ring finger is called the median nerve.
Because headaches are so common, some people think that getting a headache is just a normal part of life!
Headaches are a sign that something's wrong.
Chiropractors are experts in the care of the bones, nerves, muscles and connective tissues that makeup about 60% of your body.
All of the joints in your body are part of this musculoskeletal system and its optimal function is necessary for overall good health.
If a thorough examination reveals reduced range of motion, loss of normal spinal curves, or mechanical restrictions, chiropractic care should be considered.
