Dr. Arritt was born and raised in Southeast Idaho. And grew up enjoying the various sport and outdoor opportunities available in the area. In high school Dr. Arritt sustained multiple sports injuries that could have had serious lasting effects. Through chiropractic care and proper rehab, he was able to continue playing the sports he loved pain free and at full potential.
After high school Dr. Arritt played football at Eastern Oregon University for a year before serving 2 years in Mexico as a missionary for his church. After his service Dr. Arritt attended BYU - Idaho where he earned his bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology and met his wife Sara.
