Dr. Kidwell is a graduate of Wayne State University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with honors and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.
She attended chiropractic school at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.
During her schooling, Dr Kidwell focused on gentle and effective chiropractic techniques for people of all ages.
During her last year she spent two weeks in Salvador, Brazil serving and adjusting the local people who have limited access to chiropractic care.
