Services
This is a system of health care that releases a serious stress from the body through a specific adjustment placed into the body through an adjustment (manual or Activator instrument) to re-align misaligned joints.
This will allow for proper motion in the joint thus releasing the strangle hold on our nerves, muscles and ligaments that cause pain, numbness, tingling, stiffness, neuropathies, fatigue, weakness, and all together not a happy person.
Dr. Workman uses modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, cold-laser therapy, and mechanical traction to allow relaxation and regrowth of your injured tissues.
New patients are always welcome at the Cary back and neck pain clinic.
Please call 919-851-0980 to make an appointment.
After receiving a 4 year degree, the Chiropractic student enters Chiropractic school for another four and a half years.
Chiropractic doctors take the same courses as medical school doctors.
The difference is in the treatment courses.
Chiropractors take no courses in surgery or pharmacology.
Instead of surgery and Pharmacology, Chiropractors take courses in Biomechanics, Engineering, Physics and the study of movement (Kinesiology) and especially manipulation also called adjusting.
Playing with my kids was impossible, even doing something as basic as making pasta caused excruciating pain.
I couldn't do anything, simple things like picking up a gallon of milk or shaking somebody's hand or brushing my hair, or just little things, like typing.
Everything, everything started to hurt.
After 7 treatments I was pain free with increased rang of motion and playing with my kids and working without any pain.
Thank you Dr. Workman.
I came to see Dr. Workman because I had medial and anterior knee pain.
