ART is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves.
Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART.
These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are often a result of overused muscles.
Each of these factors can cause your body to produce tough, dense scar tissue in the affected area.

Functional Movement Systems is a company with a mission to help people move better and then move often.
The philosophy was introduced in 1995, at a time when there was no systematic tool to identify movement asymmetries or major limitations in functional movement patterns.
The system promotes collaboration between performance and rehabilitation professionals through the use of two tools - the Functional Movement Screen and the Selective Functional Movement Assessment.
Both tools evaluate movement but are separated by a clear distinct marker.

At both our Durham and Cary NC locations, Triangle Chiropractic is state-certified to perform Acupuncture and have found it to be effective in treating numerous body pains, Fibromyalgia, headaches or migraines, and even sleep disorders.
Acupuncture, an important tool in pain management, utilizes the natural systematic circulation throughout the body to target and correct imbalance.
The stimulation of key points relaxes muscles, alleviates tension and, ultimately, leads to a reduction in pain.
Acupuncture, a treatment used in both Eastern and Western medicine, involves the insertion of extremely thin needles at specific points located on or near the surface of the skin.

The doctors at Triangle Chiropractic are certified in Kinesio Taping.
Commonly used in Professional Athletics, Kinesio Taping allows for a full range of motion, providing stability for rehabilitation, increased circulation and muscle relaxation.
Not only is Taping effective in reduction of swelling and inflammation, but it also decreases pain intensity.
Conditions such as strains or sprains, tendinitis or tennis elbow can be treated effectively with Kinesio Taping; it helps increase awareness of a weak muscle, decrease tension on an active muscle and decrease pain sensitivity.
