My own health and wellness issues took me down a new life path of healing.
When traditional medical treatments didn't provide the answers and relief that I was looking for, I pursued answers through holistic modalities.
I managed a wellness store for 2 years before moving to Colorado.
I then worked for 5 years as an Office Manager/Clinical Assistant in a chiropractic office.
I then relocated back to Minnesota to be near my kids and grandkids.
I love spending any spare time I get with them!
In 2020 I graduated from Dordt University with my B.A. in Digital Media and Business Administration.

Applied Kinesiology (AK) was developed in 1964 by Dr. George Goodhart.
AK is a system that allows the doctor to test areas of weakness in the body's musculoskeletal system.
A lack of energy in the nerves that feed a muscle or in the bodies acupuncture systems can lead to muscles that are weak and do not function properly.
