The Watertown Chiropractic clinic provides full evaluation and treatment of orthopedic and sports-related injuries. We have in-house X-ray services. We have many different techniques to evaluate the nature of your injury, the most important being a hands-on, in-person clinical evaluation. If necessary, our Watertown chiropractor and his team use the latest technologies to get you back to feeling 100%.

At Watertown Chiropractic, Dr. Bryan Dingsor and his staff do their best to get you out of pain as quickly as possible and then teach you to stay out of pain with evidence-based rehab protocols. They stay abreast in the latest research and equipment that will get you out of pain quickly. We use Active Release Technique and Sound Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization to help our patients get back to their daily routine fast.

We are also very proud of our excellent physical therapy approach that provides a thorough and diligent rehabilitation program for your injury. Personal training, massage therapy, and a wide variety of orthopedic supplies are also available.

I suffered from middle and lower back pain that affected my sleep and golf swing.
After just a few visits with Dr. Bryan Dingsor I was pain free and back on the golf course again.
This is the best my back has felt in years.
Thank you Dr. Dingsor for giving me my golf swing back.
I have had mid and lower back pain for years.
I have been getting treatment from other chiropractors with little relief.
After only a few treatments with Dr. Dingsor my back pain is gone.
Also, I was having arm pain for years and I was told it was my neck so I went to an orthopedic surgeon and he gave me a shot with no relief.

Our unique, integrated, and proven approach to addressing the source of your neck pain derives from years of clinical experience and excellent patient outcomes.
Neck pain can be caused by postural stress (like sitting in front of a computer) or from doing the same repetitive movement all day long (looking behind to the right while driving a tractor).
Postural stress or repetitive movements irritate the joints and disc in the neck and mid-back causing pain.
If the pain persists for days, it can become difficult for you to resolve the pain on your own.
With years of experience providing passionate care, we have developed a unique, integrated, and proven approach to addressing the source of your back pain.
Although back pain manifests in a number of ways, most symptoms are the result of factors related to lower cross syndrome.
Lower cross syndrome involves a lack of core stability, poor glute activation, and tightness in the back and quad muscles.
Lower crossed syndrome is correlated with pain, muscle compensation, poor movement patterns, poor range of motion, and a lack of core and spinal stability - all important factors for maintaining a healthy back.
