Shortly after graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1984, a young Dr. Mark B. Casteel saw the need for quality Chiropractic care in Philipsburg and the Moshannon Valley area due to the fact that many families from this region were traveling to Clearfield, Pa to see his father, Dr. Donald Casteel, who established his Chiropractic practice in 1952.
We started off with a modest clinic on Pine Street in Philipsburg, and quickly outgrew that location.
In 1986 we relocated across town to 109 N.Centre Street.
