Dr. Thomas Jicha has been freeing people from pain since 1986 in his clinic in Lima, OH. As a Chiropractor with experience, Dr. Jicha is committed to promoting the health and well being of his patients. Chiropractic is a health care discipline which emphasizes the inherent recuperative power of the body to heal itself without the use of drugs and surgery.

The practice of chiropractic focuses on the relationship between structure (primarily the spine) and function (as coordinated by the nervous system) and how that relationship affects the preservation and restoration of health. Spinal Decompression Therapy is a non-surgical therapy, used by many Chiropractors, including Dr. Jicha, to relieve back pain and other problems associated with spinal disc injuries.

Bulging discs, herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, degenerative joint disease, pinched nerves, sciatica, and arm pain or leg pain can often be attributed to your spine asserting pressure on your discs. Poor posture, bad body mechanics, repetitive stress and acute injury can cause your vertebrae to compress your discs or to slip out of alignment which then applies pressure to your discs.
