Regardless of how many candles are on your birthday cake, chiropractic can help you enjoy optimal health and improved function so you can enjoy what you love in life. When was the last time that you and your family were able to get health care in just 30 minutes? Probably never. Heck, you probably have often spent at least a half-hour sitting in the waiting room of doctors' offices.
Here, we can see an entire family in one 30-minute session. We see plenty of families and couples that come in to get the effective and efficient care they need. Kind and caring, Dr. Austin and Dr. Holly are a husband-and-wife team who are highly skilled in providing both manual and instrument-assisted adjustments.

Dr. Austin Lundgren and Dr. Holly Tharp Lundgren are delighted to provide people with an alternative to prescription medication.
The other reason why he was glad to have the opportunity to take over the practice from Dr. Garner, who retired at the end of 2020, is because Dr. Austin is a big believer in the Activator Methods technique, which Dr. Garner used.

Dr. Holly grew up in a military family and has moved more times than she can count.
While moving around she ended up in Albuquerque two times as a child, one of which had her graduating high school from La Cueva and then staying at University of New Mexico for a few years before moving again.
Dr. Holly graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University in Shreveport in Kinesiology (the science of body movement).
She then went on to chiropractic school in Houston, Texas and graduated with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

We've found that one of the best ways to explain chiropractic to our patients is by using several models that show a stuck or a fixated vertebral joint.
We explain that a stuck or restricted joint can affect blood flow and the nervous output of that exact area.
When that happens symptoms as pain and tingling can occur.
Through the chiropractic adjustment, the correct spinal motion that we were born with can be restored.
Pain can be alleviated and range of motion and function can be increased.
Chiropractic also can boost the immune system so you may not get sick as often when under care!
