Having been to different chiropractors I knew what to expect coming into see Dr. Silver.
People always say you go into a chiropractors office and walk out with in 10 minutes.
To me that feels so impersonal you get your adjustment and walk out.
Dr. Silver is different he ask you where your pain is and does the adjustment and even gives you homework to help with any pain!
Now as adults we don't have time for "homework" but if its going to help you feel better in the long run it's good to make time to do the little stretches he suggest.
