Chiropractic is a conservative, holistic form of healthcare.
Chiropractic helps enhance the body's innate healing capacity to fix itself.
Our body's set point is health, sometimes due to injury, poor diet, posture and disease the homeostasis is disrupted and pain or dis-ease is felt.
Chiropractic care uses manipulation of the joints and muscle to restore proper motion and flexibility so the healing process can drive forward.
This in combination with exercise, diet and postural advice is usually enough to maximize function, speed healing and return the body to a state of homeostasis.
