At age 15, a Doctor of Chiropractic changed my life forever, let me tell you my story.
I was wrestling in high school during practice when I injured my spine.
A much larger teammate landed on me in an awkward way causing me to develop instant severe pain.
This pain in my lower back was debilitating.
It was so intense that I was carried out of practice and had to be driven home.
That night, the slightest movements caused excrutiating pain; I could not walk, stand, sit, lie down or even take a deep breath because of the severe pain.

Naugatuck Family Chiropractic is conveniently located at 25 Cherry Street (Route 63) in downtown Naugatuck, between the intersections of Route 8 and Rubber Avenue.
From BEACON FALLS / LOWER VALLEY Area: Take Route 8 North to exit 26.
At the bottom of the ramp, take a left onto Route 63 North (S.Main St).
Go straight through 3 lights and we are located on the left hand side just before the Rubber Avenue intersection.
From WATERBURY / I-84: Take Route 8 South to exit 26.
At the bottom of the ramp, take a right onto Rt. 63 North.
