Since 2002, Spring Lake Chiropractic has been serving Spring Lake, NC and the surrounding areas. We offer quality chiropractic care and other pain relieving therapies. Our office prides itself on a caring, compassionate staff, and a warm, healing environment. We particularly enjoy treating patients who have exhausted all medical treatment options and still have not found relief.
Chiropractic care is an effective alternative method of treating most muscle, joint, nerve, and spinal problems. Spinal manipulation is not painful and treatment can be modified to safely treat patients of all ages. We utilize the following chiropractic services to maintain spine health, treat spinal injuries, and offer back and neck pain relief to our patients.
We also offer intersegmental and mechanical traction, Cox flexion distraction, Voodoo flossing, IASTM. Using both manual adjustment chiropractic and Impulse IQ chiropractic technologies, we can adjust the neck, back, pelvis, and rest of your spinal structure for pain relief and full body alignment.

All major insurances are accepted including all Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans including State Plan, Federal BCBS etc.; Medicare; AETNA; TriWest, CIGNA.
However, we currently do not accept Medicaid or UnitedHealthcare patients.
We do see patients with a referral from the Veteran's Administration.
If you have a high co-payment/deductible or no insurance, please call our office and speak to our staff.
Supportive/Maintenance care is often a non-covered service and you may only have to pay our nominal out-of-pocket fees.
