Doctor comes to your location; serving the Central Florida area from Orlando to the Space Coast.
An additional $25 Fee is added to the total cost if an off-day appointment (Friday or Saturday) is requested and the appointment occurs.
If you miss an appointment, a $10 charge will be applied to your next visit.
If there are subsequent offenses, you will be required to pay in advance, and you will forfeit the fee if you miss.
