From the time she was born through the present she has had regular chiropractic adjustments.

Chiropractic offers a much better and healthier way of life. Dr Jerviss is passionate about chiropractic for families, because it truly is the best way to physically help people. Dr Jerviss is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and is certified in the Webster Technique for expectant mothers. Services
Mr. Lillard was a janitor in the building and was mostly deaf.
When Dr. Palmer asked when his deafness started, Mr. Lillard explained that he heard a popping sound in his neck and after that, his hearing was never the same again.
As Dr. Palmer began to feel the neck of Mr. Lillard, he noticed that one of the vertebra was out of line with the rest of the bones, possibly causing pressure on the nervous system (called subluxation).
When he pushed this bone back into place, an amazing thing happened.
A woman's body is designed to nurture and deliver a healthy baby.
Pregnancy is not a disease that needs to be treated, it is a natural process that women are created to be able to do.
Chiropractic care will help prepare the body for the best possible birth of the baby.
However, many women have difficulty giving birth.
The following are the four reasons that women have dystocia, or difficult labor.
The woman does not have the appropriate muscle contractions, or the dilation is not coordinated with the labor process.
The brain controls everything in our bodies.
The brain communicates with every cell through the central nervous system, which is made up of the brain, spinal cord and spinal nerves.
It is vital that communication is open between the brain and the other parts of the body.
When communication is impaired it is impossible to be healthy because some part of the body is not going to function correctly.
To better understand this, imagine a water hose that is watering a plant.
When everything is working, as it should, the hose gives plenty of water to the plant from the well.
Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by our friendly assistant who will ask you to fill out several questionnaires.
Your first visit to Jerviss Family Chiropractic usually takes about 30 minutes.
Depending on your individual situation, the doctor may take x-rays and do an examination.
Dr. Jerviss then takes time to analyze the x-rays and put your information together for you so that you will have a better understanding about the condition of your spine and nervous system.
If you need a chiropractic adjustment, it will be given on the second visit to the office.
