Dr. Jeff Harris, one of only two board certified sports chiropractors in the Treasure Valley. With over 10 years experience, he has helped thousands of individuals recover from injury and pain. As a top chiropractor in the Boise area, Dr. Harris has treated Olympians, professional sports teams, and hard workers alike. Whether you suffer from neck pain, a shoulder injury, back pain, ankle sprain, whiplash or any number of other injuries, Harris Chiropractic has the expertise to help you recover and find lasting relief.

Dr Harris is fantastic! He is incredibly knowledgeable especially when it comes to sports related injuries. He takes the time to resolve any issues rather than just popping you and getting you out the door. I appreciate the help he has provided in rehabbing a foot injury. I have been to several Chiropractors in the Boise area and Dr. Harris is by far the best.

He's the only one I go to now when I need care. He takes time to listen to concerns and spends more time addressing issues than others I have been to.
Services
Most chiropractic clinics follow a standard treatment protocol for musculoskeletal conditions that involves 1-3 visits per week for 6-8 weeks and then re-evaluate the patient to assess progress.
With Harris Chiropractic's diagnostic protocols and unique treatment style, you are re-evaluated every visit with an expectation of progress.
Our overall goal is to fully resolve and release you as quickly as possible.
The fewer visits needed for full resolution and release, the better.
Everything that we recommend at the office has been personally vetted and used by Dr. Harris with good results.
Dr. Harris graduated from the University of Western States with a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in 2012 (undergrad in Biology from Boise State).

He's excited to finally be back in the Treasure Valley growing both his practice and family.

Injuries sustained in an auto accident are similar to injuries sustained in contact sports.
For this reason, a sports chiropractor has a leg up in the treatment and therapies used to be very effective in treating whiplash type injuries.
Harris Chiropractic of Middleton has managed many car accident cases and is focused on quickly and effectively treating both the soft-tissues and joints.
Take the time to get the care you need from Dr. Jeff Harris, DC if you have experienced an auto accident.
Statistics indicate that most people will be involved in a car accident requiring chiropractic care some time in their life.
Whiplash injuries occur when a powerful and rapid back and forth motion happens to the head and neck.
The sudden acceleration and instant deceleration causes your head and neck to move in a way that is comparable to cracking a whip.
Only the end of the whip in this case is your head.
Whiplash injuries most commonly occur as a result of a car accident, but could also be from a number of sports related incidents.
Any time your head and neck move violently through and past their normal range of motion, your muscles, tendons, and ligaments get overstretched, which results in damage to those structures- this is classified as whiplash.
