Electro-Rehab Troubleshooting Services LLC (ERTS LLC) was established in 2006, catering services for sports medicine, physical therapy & chiropractic equipment. ERTS LLC is a distributor for major brands of physical rehabilitation equipment. We provide free product training and a full manufacturer warranty for both repair & parts on all ERTS equipment purchases.

Steve has repaired and troubleshooted physical therapy equipment for nearly thirty years.
In 1990, he founded Bio-Med Troubleshooting Services, Inc. which specialized in physical therapy equipment sales, repair, and troubleshooting.
In 1997, the company was purchased by Dale Professional Supplies.
Steve remained with Dale Professional Supplies, until 2005, when he relocated to Dallas and established ER Troubleshooting.
Steve holds certifications from DJO Global (Chattanooga Group), Mettler Electronics, and SportsArt Fitness.
