Dr. Susan Barry has been in practice a total of 17 years. The first ten years were from 1989 to 1999. After facing a personal health challenge, she came back into practice in June of 2006. Because she was confronted with her own health challenges during the period she was away from practice, she brings a unique and compassionate understanding to the problems of her patients.
In her first ten years, she ran a very busy practice. Since returning to caring for patients in 2006; her attitude is much slower and more "laid back". She says, Before I was so busy, I didn't really get to know the wonderful people who came through my door. I like spending time and talking and asking about the kids and grandkids and anything else that is important in their lives.
I have been blessed and honored to have so many of my beloved previous patients find me again and entrust me with the care of themselves and their families. With her return to active practice Dr Barry found that she had unique understanding to offer.
