KST stands for Koren Specific Technique, developed by Dr. Ted Koren, a chiropractor in Montgomery County, PA. Dr. Koren developed KST to assist himself in the relief of chronic lower back pain when traditional chiropractic techniques provided him no relief.
Dr. Koren knew there had to be a different way of adjusting the body.
With his belief in the "innate intelligence" of the body to heal itself, he began to challenge his body to determine what subluxations needed to be adjusted.
In addition to his private practice, Dr. Koren conducts seminars in the United States and abroad in the art of the KST technique.
