I have been experiencing lower back and neck pain for the last five years or so.
It has worsened significantly over the past couple of years.
I have tried daily Aleve, back and neck exercises, heating pads, neck brace, and increasing the amount of rest I give my body.
My pain has decreased my ability to do yard work, plant flowers, bend, push, pull, or walk excessively without significant increase in discomfort.
