Dr. Keen is certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and is licensed by the state of Alabama.
He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, has served for over 4 years on the Alabama State Board of Chiropractic Examiners and is currently vice president.
Dr. Keen is certified for Manipulation under Anesthesia and is currently working on certification in functional neurology.
