Zinn Chiropractic was established in 1990 in metro accessible old town Takoma Park. Dr. JoAnn Zinn and her staff strive to provide comprehensive personalized chiropractic care. Utilizing biomechanics and neurology, Dr Zinn analyzes and treats each patient with an individualized program including chiropractic manipulative therapy, rehabilitative exercises, nutritional counseling and massage therapy.

An important part of your treatment at Zinn Chiropractic is instruction on what you can do at home to reinforce the therapy that you receive in the office.
This may include stretching and strength exercises as well as postural recommendations.

Dr. Zinn obtained her B.S. in Human Kinetics from George Washington University in 1982.
After dancing in several modern dance companies in Washington, D.C. she attended and obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in 1988.
After further studies she earned her post graduate Diplomate in Neurology from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1993.
She is currently on the staff at Maryland Youth Ballet in Silver Spring, Maryland where she teaches stretch classes.
