Dr. Joel Goldman is a board certified chiropractic physician with a passion for helping people.
My interest in health began in childhood with my mother having a focus for creating tasty, well-balanced meals and also when my father volunteered to be a part of a research study in order to improve his health.
The whole family got involved with the dietary changes and home exercises that were required.
This included walks and calisthenics plus I was engaged in other activities like skiing, too.
In my teens, I was on the swim, soccer and wrestling teams.
