Dr. Josh was enjoying an exciting time in his early 20s as a newlywed.
He knew that adventure and a bright new future lay ahead; the only thing getting in his way of true joy was his job.
Uncertain of where to take his career, Dr. Josh talked with people in all sorts of related careers and none of those careers intrigued him.
The uncertainty became discouraging.
A low-back issue (L5 disc herniation) and a lifelong problem with recurring headaches landed Dr. Josh in a chiropractic office.
In a matter of weeks his headaches were gone and his low-back disc issue gradually got better with each visit.
He knew that adventure and a bright new future lay ahead; the only thing getting in his way of true joy was his job.

Diversified - This technique is based on speed not force so the adjustment itself is not painful.
Gonstead - For the more stubborn spines, we use this technique in a seated or side laying position, this requires slightly more force but is very specific to the vertebra we are adjusting.
Motion Palpation - Very gentle hands on approach to "find and fix" the problem with our hands not requiring the use of x-ray.
