Whether you're seeking to get out of pain or enjoy greater function, hometown chiropractor Dr. Matt Stay is here to help you. All types of patients are welcome at our office, including workers' compensation, personal injury, and people of all ages, from children to seniors - especially those who may not have gotten the results they wanted from other approaches.

Our patients benefit from chiropractic care and rehabilitation in our spacious, state-of-the-art facility, totaling over 5500 square feet. We pride ourselves on having numerous options for your healing as well as brand new digital X-ray facilities on-site to take any necessary images. Chiropractic care doesn't involve putting anything in the body or taking anything out.

Instead, we look for imbalances and interference with your optimal function, then remove it so the body can perform the way it should. It's a completely natural solution that gets to the root of your problem, making it highly effective even for those who haven't seen results with other avenues.

For example: Neck pain with or without related headache or arm pain would be one complaint and Low Back Pain with or without leg pain would be a separate complaint.
As most of you know, I'm a yoga instructor.
Part of being in the fitness industry is dealing with the fear that any injury could be a career-ender and greatly disrupt my livelihood.
After attempting to help my daughter do a ballet move from one of her YouTube videos (embarrassing- I know), I was unable to bend my left knee or put weight on it without 7/10 pain for 3 days and yes I still had to teach through the pain.
Thankfully I work at National Pike Chiropractic and since Dr. Matt Stay is a sports injury expert, I was able to get my first knee adjustment.
