Services
We use chiropractic care to improve the health and wellness in all areas of our patient's lives, whether they are having problems with back pain or neck pain, or just want to start feeling better when they wake up in the morning.
We take a "whole person" approach in chiropractic care, meaning we look for the underlying causes of disease, discomfort, and pain, as opposed to just treating the symptoms.
Many seemingly unrelated symptoms often arise from imbalances in the spinal column, and Dr. Jones will be able to determine the root of the pain and create a personalized chiropractic and wellness plan to suit each patient's individual needs.

Migraines can have a wide variety of triggers.
Bright lights, strong odors, injuries to the neck and shoulders, and high levels of stress are all capable of creating an environment that is conducive to a migraine.
It may take some time, but once a patient's triggers are identified, they may be able to reduce the risk of a migraine simply by avoiding the things that cause them.
If the cause is related to the physical structure of the body and the amount of stress or strain it is exposed to, chiropractic adjustments and deep tissue massage may be able to alleviate some of the problem.

A herniated disc is the result of two vertebrae being pinched together.
As the vertebrae move closer together, pressure is placed on the small, fluid-filled disc that lies between them and acts as a cushion.
As the pressure increases, the disc may be forced to protrude outside the bony ring of the vertebrae, resulting in what looks like a small hernia.
This can also occur if the disc begins to weaken or lose fluid due to old age or a traumatic back injury.
In some cases, the use of traction and gravity may provide some relief as they work to separate the vertebrae and provide the disc more room to move.
