Balancing their nervous system while still at a young age can help their bodies adjust to the growth spurts that they'll endure for the first part of their life.
The causes for depression and fatigue are different for every person although the one common strand we have found is the link to inflammation in part of the brain.
There is no "one size fits all" solution to the problem.
At FHS Chiro we not only look for the proper function of your nervous system to help clear this but also we take a closer look as to what you may be missing in your diet or unknowingly including in your diet that triggers the onset of these issues.
As with any injury, the repair of tissue is crucial, not only that it takes place but how it takes place.
Arthritis is essentially the lack of proper movement.
This lack of movement comes as a result of one of the 6 joints between each bone in your back(vertebrae) sprains.
This is a lot like what happens when you sprain your ankle!
When a joint is unable to move properly, the bone compensates in order to allow some movement.
When a joint is set off its track it puts pressure on the joint in a way its not made to handle.
Most people walk around with an imbalance in their step causing one leg to stride longer than the other.
This creates a tension and torsion from the foot, to the knee, to the hips, to the opposite hips and down the other leg.
When this happens it can cause your spine to bend in ways it shouldn't have to in order to keep your head seeing straight, literally!
Meniere's disease and Vertigo are simply your body unable to sense where it is in space.
With a fully functioning nervous system, your body is able to fully sense how your muscles are reacting in order to keep you stabilized and balanced.
The main issues we see with most common sprain/strains whether they be the ankle, foot, knee, hand, wrist, shoulder or the low back, is the irregular formation of scar tissue.
When the original tissues were literally ripped apart they are typically rebuilt with patch work type tissues called Fibrotic or scar tissue.
The more chronic or longer standing the issue, the higher the likelihood of irregular scar tissue formation.
This means less motion or more dysfunction in the tissues.
The sooner we can get to working on an injured area the more we can teach the scar tissue to rebuild like healthy tissue as opposed to the patch job.
