Applied Kinesiology is a systematic and proven method of evaluation and assessment of the body which uses changes in muscle strength to make its determinations.
It focuses on the structural, physiological, and emotional state of the patient and the proper balance between them.
Hundreds of directive indications can be drawn about the body using this method of analysis: however, Dr. Schroter does not use this to diagnose, but to merely direct him using other signs and symptoms to draw his conclusions.

If you have clicked on this tab, you are one step closer to obtaining one of the potentially most impacting things you can do for your body.
In my professional opinion there is nothing better you can do to impact your strength, stability, balance, and your posture.
Yes posture!
One of the most profound things I've ever learned is that god put the muscles on the bottom of the feet (plantar muscles) in control of all our postural muscles.
This means all the muscles on the back half of our body are activated when our feet are balanced and we therefore have the greatest hope of not ending up terribly hunched over when we are older.

Is a work related injury limiting your ability to lead an active life?
Workers compensation injuries can affect any employee at any job - you don't have to work construction or lift heavy boxes all day to be injured.
In fact, many of the workplace injuries treated by Dr. Schroter occurred in an office environment.
For example, poor posture and ergonomics can lead to chronic neck pain along with carpal tunnel syndrome.
All it takes is one misstep to slip and fall on a wet breakroom floor, leading to neck and/or back pain.
