We have extensive training to identify a patient's condition along with a prescribed care plan tailored to meet their individual needs. We are open Monday through Friday. We are located at 2056 Dauphin Street in Midtown on the corner of Dauphin Street and Fulton Street, two blocks from Murphy High School.
