I progressed to the point where I had headaches everyday and about every 3rd day I would vomit and get a tiny bit of relief and then they would start over again.
I never received any relief from Medical Doctors.
A good friend of mine introduced me to Chiropractic.
At my first visit they took x-rays that revealed the curve of my neck was curving the opposite way it should be.
They asked me if I had ever been in an accident or taken a bad fall.

To put it simply, subluxation is the condition when the bones of your spine moves out of position and creates pressure on and then can irritate spinal nerves.
The spinal nerves are the nerves which come out from between each of the bones in your spine.
