Before that, I was in the United States Army for 9+ years as a UFC Fighter.
I'm married and madly in love with my childhood friend, Ashley.
We have two sons, Garrett and Jackson - & another baby on the way!
Before I opened up the clinic, I was very passionate about personal training and helping others livea better lifestyle for themselves.
