The Bends holistic approach includes chiropractic care to correct conditions of the spine and extremities. For those that need physical rehabilitation we offer personal instruction and we specialize in yoga to build strength and flexibility to keep you active for years to come. We take a whole person approach that includes physician guided treatment, rehabilitation and lifestyle wellness practices and lifestyle coaching to help stabilize the body and mind.

Dr. Erika Putnam is a wholistic chiropractic physician and owner of The Bend in Whitefish, Montana. She uses a broad and holistic approach to treat spinal and extremity conditions and other health problems with a variety of chiropractic techniques, rehabilitation, yoga, nutrition, lifestyle and functional medicine.

She has over 20 years of experience in the chiropractic field and holds an E-RYT 500 yoga instructor certification.
