Redding Chiropractic continues to comply with current CDC guidelines. As a health care facility, all health care personnel and patients are required to wear face coverings while at the office regardless of vaccination status. Dr. Redding has been fully vaccinated and the office continues to take your safety and health as our first priority. Dr. Caitlin Redding is a sports chiropractor that offers individualized chiropractic care out of a rustic farmhouse in Media, PA.

While Dr. Redding specializes in treating athletes, she believes strongly that we all have an inner athlete waiting to be unleashed. Her goal is to help patients develop a mindful, physical awareness of their own bodies and empower them to become their own best healthcare advocates.

She treats the whole body through a combination of soft tissue myofascial work, chiropractic adjustments and joint mobilizations, as well as exercise rehabilitation, ergonomic consultations, and neuromuscular re-education that focuses on improving movement and keeping you out of pain.

I studied art history in college, and while I still love touring galleries and museums, it was clear to me by graduation that I would need to look elsewhere for a long term career.
The other major facet of my life has always been athletics-I grew up playing soccer and running track, and eventually transitioned to ultimate frisbee, cycling and back-packing.
So after college, I ended up working as a personal trainer.
I loved working with athletes, but after a few years, I felt like my limited knowledge base was constraining the level of support I could provide.
Dr. Redding specializes in treating patients with movement, soft tissue work and chiropractic care.
She practices chiropractic through the lens of functional movement and is also a certified yoga teacher with a background working in the fitness industry.
She herself is a lifelong athlete, running track in college, playing ultimately competitively and now practicing yoga, biking and hiking.
This background allows her to understands the need to keep moving to stay healthy and live fulfilled lives.
I recommend Caitlin to everyone I know!
She treated me for a frozen shoulder, and I am so glad I found her.
I was in a lot of pain and had very little mobility, but thanks to weekly sessions, I was back in action much quicker than I would have been otherwise.
Her space is gorgeous, and I love how easy it is to schedule online.
Redding is my absolute "go to" for my soft tissue and chiropractic needs.
Unlike some of my previous experiences, Dr. Redding really takes the time to understand what's going on with your body in order to provide the necessary treatment.
My office is within the Sage Farmhouse Building - the first building on the right when you enter the drive.

No and yes.
My office is located in a historic building that has not been ADA retrofitted and my office is on the 2nd floor.
My practice is built on my core values-ones that embrace diversity and commit to providing quality care that is inclusive.
My focus on patient care is constantly evolving to provide a safe, equitable environment to all-regardless of age, race, gender identity or expression, religion, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, physical or mental ability, culture, or veteran status.
