ART is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.
These can cause the body to produce dense scar tissue in the affected area.
The scar tissue binds up and reduces the muscles ability to move freely.
The more scar tissue that builds up causes muscles to become short and weaker.
Tendonitis is caused when there is an increase tension on tendons.
Both with scar tissue in muscles and tendonitis the nerves can become entrapped.

Dry Needling is now offered downtown Fredericksburg, Va.
Dry needling is a treatment that utilizes tiny, solid filament needles to penetrate the skin and restore proper function to abnormally behaving muscles.
Nodules, or knots, and tight bands that develop in the muscle create localized pain or send pain signals to other locations.
The affected muscles become locked and cannot function normally, restricting movement and causing chronic pain.
Dry Needling evokes a healing response in musculoskeletal conditions and improves movement restrictions.
