Dr. William Rice opened his practice, Evans Chiropractic Health Center, in 2005. The practice is off the corner of Cox Road and Belair Road in the Evans/Martinez area. The practice has grown at a steady pace as he is treating patients with a variety of problems and concerns. Dr. Rice is proficient in many chiropractic techniques.
