At Infinite Wellness, Inc., we are fully dedicated to providing chiropractic solutions to address your unique needs, whether you are experiencing back pain, neck pain, headaches, or even muscle tightness and tension. Dr. Peterson welcomes you to our practice where we strive to make patients feel at home. This personal care is why people throughout the Knightdale area come to Infinite Wellness, Inc.

Before the age of 25, I had never heard of a Chiropractor. During my undergraduate studies in Biology with a pre-medical concentration, I became very discouraged with the health model and where it was headed (more like what we have now!). Upon nearing completion of my degree, I decided to shift the majority of my studies towards Genetics as my interest in Western medicine began to fade.

I completed my Bachelor's degree but did not apply to Medical school, nor take the MCAT (medical college entrance examination). Glenn is amazing! I've been going to him for about 3 treatments so far and each time I go he alleviates whatever issue I am experiencing.
Services
Unlike conventional medicine, which focuses on attempting to treat disease once it occurs, Infinite Wellness, Inc. emphasizes improving your health in an effort to reduce the risk of pain and illness in the first place.
Most people would rather be healthy and avoid illness, if they could.
This is one of the main reasons for the big surge in the popularity of our wellness center.
For some, Infinite Wellness, Inc. will take them back to a place that is cozy and familiar, offering a rediscovery of health and wellness that had been previously known but long lost.
I am often asked "What is Acupuncture?"
Acupuncture in its simplest form is about an interruption in very precise sites on the body to change its energy patterns.
Sometimes the body needs more energy to a certain area and other times it needs less energy!
By placing needles into very specific places (called Acupuncture points or simply Acupoints) the energy to certain areas can be changed!
Acupuncture points have been established for many years in Oriental Medicine.
These points along energy channels (known as meridians) have been found when interrupted (via small hair-like needles) to show changes in energy to certain organs, regions, blood flow, nerve patterns, etc.
As you may know, Infinite Wellness, Inc. offers acupuncture as a complement to other natural healing techniques such as chiropractic adjustment.
What you might not realize, however, is how many acupuncture modalities can be put to work toward your health and wellness goals.
Take a look at some of the most common acupuncture modalities and their benefits.
This modality involves the placement of hair-fine needles at strategic points on the body.
Traditional Chinese Medicine holds that these points alter the flow of life energy along imaginary pathways called meridians.
Acupuncture is a treatment that involves the stimulation of acupuncture points on your body using thin, hair-like needles.
Contrary to how it sounds, acupuncture is actually relaxing and refreshing and usually not painful.
Because it activates nerve endings, it may help to jump-start certain reactions in your body, such as the generation of blood cells to promote healing.
Acupuncture may also be beneficial in coaxing nerve endings to send new messages to your brain that alleviate chronic pain.
Some types of acupuncture use blood-letting to promote healing.
A form of traditional Chinese medicine in existence for 3,000 years, acupuncture is used primarily for pain relief.
Recognized by the U.S. National Institutes of Health for the many benefits it provides patients, it is covered by many health insurance policies and continues to become more popular each year with patients of various ages.
Relying on the insertion of fine and sterile needles into a patient's skin, acupuncture stimulates specific anatomic sites within the body, commonly known as acupoints.
