Your health is dependent on your body's ability to adapt to its environment.
The environment is always changing and presenting challenges to the body's natural balance, and your body responds by making internal changes.
This is a healthy process that exercises and strengthens your body's ability to adapt and maintain a state of health, and it is controlled by your nervous system.
If you experience severe trauma, or if your natural balance has been compromised by fatigue, poor nutrition, or emotional stress, your ability to adapt may be less than optimal.
