To do so, we will help you develop a plan that will require light stretching, some exercise, chiropractic care, and a healthy diet.
A chiropractic adjustment can make you feel so much better.
Your body does not want to be out of alignment, and that's exactly what an adjustment can help address.
It is also known as chiropractic manipulation, manual manipulation, or spinal manipulation.

After saute mixture has browned slightly, add one box of chicken broth to deglaze the pan.
Add the remaining ingredients, with the exception of the lentils and bring the mixture up to a good boil.
Stir occassionally.
Add water as needed as the broth boils off.
Cook for approximately 1hr.
At the end of the hour, add the lentils and continue to cook for about anoter 30 - 40 mins.
Remove from heat and serve.
Note:This recipe makes enough soup to carry with you for 5 days while you are on detox.
Eat it all day everytime you are hungry.
Add the remaining ingredients, with the exception of the lentils and bring the mixture up to a good boil.
