For nearly 100 years, the chiropractic community has specialized in holistic health, focusing on the body's natural ability to heal itself when maintained and protected. If this seems similar to today's prevailing wellness philosophies, it is no coincidence. Our mission is to improve quality-of-life through chiropractic adjustments and correction of structural abnormalities.

We aim to empower each patient with education about their spine and provide a customized care plan to reach their goals. These will take about 10 minutes to complete. Plan on approximately 45 minutes for your first visit, which will include an exam and x-rays. If using insurance, bring your card or email us a copy before your visit. If you have any questions, please contact our office!

I will remain on staff working my current Monday and Wednesday schedule through the end of the year, then one day a week in the new year. As you know I have been in private practice for many years, 32 to be exact. By bringing on Dr. Paulson, I feel that this transition is the best way to ensure that all of my patients get the best possible care in the future.
Services
Chiropractic is the detection and correction of vertebral subluxation (misalignment of the spinal vertebra).
This allows the body to maintain balance and homeostasis through a properly functioning nervous system.
The spine is a chain of 33 linked vertebra that protects your spinal cord, which transmits impulses through the nervous system.
All physiological functions-from motion to growth and repair-are controlled by the spinal cord and nervous system.
The nervous system is truly a biological marvel.
Dr. Paulson graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in December of 2018.
She moved to the Upper Valley from Northern California in January of 2019 to begin working with Dr. Mike at Hanover Family Chiropractic.
She was born and raised in Lansing, Michigan and completed her undergraduate studies in Kinesiology a Michigan State University.
She decided to become a chiropractor after watching her mother benefit from care.
She was introduced to Chiropractic BioPhysics while she was in college when she worked as an assistant to a chiropractor who practices the technique.
