He has been married to his beautiful wife Cassandra, for 19 years and they have 3 awesome kids, Tyler (12), Julia (6), and Sarah Grace (2 months).
Dr. Jacobs loves Chiropractic and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.
He has been practicing in and around the Columbia area for 8 years.
