He is also bilingual in Japanese as well! Don't worry its free! Seeking relief from headaches or migraines, neck pain, low back pain, sciatica, or any other injury that's limiting your life? You're searching in the right place! We're located on the 10th floor, Suite 1002, of the Ala Moana Building (Bank of Hawaii on the 1st floor) right next to Target!

Services
At TRIO Health, we use a combination of myofascial release, chiropractic care, and functional rehabilitation exercises to not only remove pain, but to treat the cause and promote health.
This hybrid approach has allowed many patients to regain hope into living a pain free life again!
We use different myofascial release techniques including Myosfascial Release Technique (MRT), Instrumenst Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilzation (IASTM), Cupping, Kinesiology Taping, etc, to help relieve muscle related pain and dysfunction.
Spinal manipulation helps restore the mobility and function of the spine.
It improves the communication system from the brain to your nerves and muscles, which allows the optimal window to pain free movement and healing.
Functional taping in certain patterns will facilitate your muscles to restore proper posture and muscular function.
It can also help stabilize joints and reduce inflammation.
Corrective exercises helps reeducate the brain.
The connection between the brain and our body is developed to allow movement.
The Temporal mandibular joint (TMJ) is a complex joint.
There are nerves, muscles, discs, and specific movements (just like the spine!) that the TMJ is responsible for.
The way we treat the jaw is very similar.
We primarily do three things: work the muscles, adjust gently, and provide corrective rehabilitation to do at home.
Here's part two on fixing your posture.
As we stretch the shortened muscles, we also have to strengthen the muscles that are not working to help fix the compensation that our body has built over time.
Here is the exercise that is most recommended to help fix your posture!
These simple stretches will make the biggest difference in managing your pain and recovering your body to be able to do what you love!
When were on our phone for a long period of time or working on a laptop, naturally our posture breaks and forms bad habits and compensations.
