When I was 18 years old, I loved to play soccer.
I injured my lower back and doctors were unable to help me.
They gave me back-braces, pills, heating pads, and my pains grew worse.
I was afraid to see a chiropractor because I felt they might twist my back and make it worse.
Yet, I had no other options so I went to see a chiropractor.
He explained how my spine was mis-aligned and how it was irritating the tissues in my back.
He gently corrected my spine, the tissues healed, the pain went away, and I still play sports to this day!

For a really spastic patient who needs a more gentle approach, we have Logan Basic with gentle pressure points or the activator.
For the majority of our patients we use the Thompson or Pierce techniques which utilize the drop pieces of the table and still effectively, yet gently, correct the spine.
