Dr. Erik Uuksulainen (OOK-soo-lay-nen) loves to help people function at their best. He was first introduced to chiropractic following a high school sports injury that was not improving with conventional methods of treatment. Dr. Erik completed, with honors, his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics and then earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at New York Chiropractic College.
He also earned a Master's of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from the same institution shortly thereafter. Dr. Erik gained invaluable clinical and diagnostic experience while beginning his chiropractic career working in Manhattan's Upper West Side facing Central Park.

In addition, a detailed examination will follow including neurological, orthopedic and spinal tests, what (if necessary) diagnostic testing may be required and what the appropriate course of care may be for you.
