Welcome to Dr. Paulk's chiropractic office in Orange Park, Florida! Dr. Paulk is certified in spinal decompression and class IV laser therapy, making him an expert in neuromuscular disease and its treatment. He has also received board-eligible diplomate training in neurology and neurodiagnosis. In addition, Dr. Paulk is certified in treating golf-related injuries and along with your golf professional can help eliminate barriers to your performance and get you playing pain-free once again!

He then followed up with Life University's College of Science with a degree in Biology.
He then went on to the university's chiropractic program, where he earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine.
While there, he studied many techniques and was very active in the school's medical outreach program.
Following school, Dr. Paulk received over 130 hrs of post-graduate certification in golf-related injuries.
He then followed up with Life University's College of Science with a degree in Biology.
